Pomeranian Audit Center Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2025

The administrator of your data is the Pomeranian Audit Center with its seat in Gdańsk at ul. Długi Targ 1. Directly responsible for document order and information security is our Managing Director, Marek Wiśniewski. We collect only that information which is necessary for us to reliably perform the audit and find savings in your company. Usually, this is contact data, such as first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number, which you enter in our form. If you decide to cooperate, we also process the data contained in your invoices for electricity, gas, or logistics services.

We have been operating on the market since March 2017 and we know that trust is built on specifics. We do not gather data in advance or for trade purposes. All documents are stored on secured servers and in our office in Pomerania. We do not sell your data to external marketing firms. We are exclusively interested in the actual state of your finances, which allows us to recover overpaid money for you. Every person in our team, including Adam Nowakowski and Beata Jasińska, is trained in information protection and follows tough confidentiality rules.

The main purpose of collecting data is to prepare a specific savings plan. Your phone number and email address are necessary for us so that Marek Wiśniewski can call you back within the promised 54 minutes and set the analysis details. The data from your invoices for utilities or fuel serve us exclusively to detect tariff errors and check if suppliers are charging you inflated fees. Numbers speak for themselves – in 94.6% of cases our analyses end with real cash recovery, and that requires precise input data.

We process information to realize the contract you agree on with us. Sometimes we send short notifications about significant changes in energy regulations in Pomerania, if they can realistically affect the costs of your company. We do this without fluff and only when the matter is urgent. Your data also help us in negotiations with suppliers, so that we can fight for better price conditions for you. Savings in black and white are our priority, and reliable data is the only way to achieve them without guessing and fortune-telling.

Your financial data are safe with us. Before we look at any bill, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you. Our website uses simple cookies, which help it operate correctly. We do not use them to track your every move on the web. It's mainly about our loss calculator working efficiently and so you don't have to enter the same numbers multiple times during one visit. We use standard technical safeguards that protect our database against unauthorized access by third parties.

All invoice analyses are performed locally in our office in Gdańsk. We do not send your documents to subcontractors in other countries. If we use analytical tools, it's only to check which of our services enjoy the greatest interest in Pomerania. We do not create complicated user profiles and we do not play at digital investigations. Our work is audit, not surveillance. We focus on transparent rules, because we know that in business, specifics and the security of entrusted documents matter.

You have the full right to know what is happening with your information. At any moment you can write to us at biuro@pcaudyt.pl with a request to view your data. If you have changed your company address or phone number, you have the right to correct them. If our cooperation has come to an end and we have already recovered your money, you can demand the removal of your data from our contact database. We will do this efficiently, provided other regulations (e.g., regarding accounting) do not command us to store them for a specific time. We answer every inquiry without undue delay.

You can also withdraw consent for contact at any moment. We are here to help you cut costs, and not to swamp you with unwanted messages. If you believe that your data are being processed improperly, you have the right to report this to the relevant supervisory office. We believe, however, that our reliable approach and clear cooperation principles will never give you cause for this. In case of any doubts regarding privacy, simply call us at +48 58 301 20 11. We will explain everything like humans, without legal jargon and beating around the bush.
