Pomeranian Audit Center Terms and Conditions
Effective from: February 2025
General principles and service provision
The regulations define the rules on which the Pomeranian Audit Center provides cost verification services for companies. We have been operating in Gdańsk at ul. Długi Targ 1 since March 2017. Marek Wiśniewski manages a team that focuses on hard data and facts. By using our services, you accept these provisions without reservations. Our work is not theory, but a specific savings plan based on your invoices. We mainly serve entrepreneurs from the Pomeranian region who are looking for gaps in their operating expenditures.
All information published on the site is for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal or tax advice in the sense of general regulations. We try to make the data reliable, but the final analysis result depends on the quality of the documents you provide. We check the actual state of your company based on real bills for electricity, gas, or fuel. We do not promise miracles, but we guarantee a reliable approach to every number. Specifics and the sealing of processes that generate unnecessary losses in your budget matter to us.
Audit process and client obligations
Cooperation with us requires your involvement at the start. We need access to media and logistics invoices from the last 14 months. We usually ask for 25 minutes of conversation with the owner or head of logistics to understand the document flow. Without reliable data, we are unable to indicate where money is leaking. We sign hard non-disclosure agreements (NDA) before looking at any financial statements. Your documents are safe in our office and do not reach third parties without your explicit consent.
We operate in the background, so the audit does not interrupt your team's daily work. We deliver the first report with tariff errors usually within 48 hours of receiving a complete set of files. Full optimization of warehouse processes takes us from 11 to 17 working days. If new facts come to light during the work, we take them into account in the final report. Remember that concealing information about contracts with suppliers can affect the accuracy of our calculations. Savings in black and white are the result of joint work on facts, and not wishes.
Price list and payment principles
We apply clear rates that you know before starting work. A one-time fixed cost review costs 1,127 PLN. If you need a full process analysis in your hall, the price is 3,243 PLN per project. We prepare an individual valuation within 2 hours of your first inquiry. We do not apply hidden commissions on the savings found, unless we agree on a success model in a separate contract. You pay for a specific analytical job and a ready plan for loss reduction that stays in your company.
We issue invoices after completing a specific work stage or after delivering the final report. The standard payment term is 7 or 14 days from the date of issuance of the VAT document. In the case of constant service within the Cost Guardian subscription, the fee of 896 PLN per month is collected in advance. If you do not pay the invoice on time, we suspend further analytical work until the arrears are settled. Numbers speak for themselves, which is why we care about transparency in settlements as much as about your savings. We do not look for additional fees for minor telephone consultations.
Complaints and liability
You have the full right to report comments if you believe we missed a significant fact in the report. We consider complaints efficiently, usually within 5 working days. If the error lies on our side, we will correct the analysis without any additional costs. In 2024, 94.6% of our clients from Pomerania were satisfied with the results of our audits. However, we do not bear responsibility for how you use the received plan in practice. The final decisions on changing an electricity supplier or warehouse reorganization belong to you as a business owner.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data received from your employees. Our liability is limited to the amount of compensation you paid for the given audit. We try to resolve any disputes amicably over coffee in our office at ul. Długi Targ 1. If we do not reach an agreement, the court in Gdańsk is the competent court. We focus on the actual state and honest conversation about numbers. If the audit shows that your company operates perfectly, you will receive a reliability certificate from us, which happens rarely, but is proof of your efficient management.
